The Rotary Club of Mooloolaba (Inc) is an incorporated association operating under a charter from Rotary international, in accordance with the Constitution and Regulations attached below which are registered with the Queensland government. 

 

The attached By-laws supplement the Club Constitution with practices and processes of this club and are not in conflict with the Rotary International Constitution and By-laws, the standard Rotary Club Constitution and the Rotary Code of Policies.
